Swash plate type metering piston motor is a straight shaft (through shaft) motor
When the swash plate structure is started, the friction force between the sliding shoe and the swash plate is large, so the swash plate type start-up torque is low, and the inclined shaft is preferred when the swash plate type starts frequently.
The swash plate type plunger element has relatively high-speed relative movement between the plunger and the swash plate with respect to the inclined axis type plunger element, so the swash plate type requires a high degree of cleanliness of the oil.
The swash plate has a small rotational inertia with respect to the oblique axis variable, and its riable response time is faster. Therefore, there are advantages for the pump (variable types of pump variables, variable module structure is complex), fast response.
