BRAKE HYDRAULIC MOTOR BMP FOR CRANES EXCAVATORS MINING EQUIPMENT


Used in hydraulic brake systems. How does this motor work?
When the solenoid valve is energized, pressure oil flows into the brake cylinder only after passing through the main orifice of the relief valve or the damping hole on the valve body, enabling the brake to release slowly. When the solenoid valve is de-energized, the oil inside the brake cylinder is directly returned to the oil tank through the reversing valve, allowing the motor to achieve rapid braking.

This hydraulic motor is widely applicable to cranes, excavators, road sweepers, plastic machinery, petroleum machinery, mining machinery, coal mining equipment, steel rolling equipment, fishery machinery, agricultural machinery and other facilities. Structural Features

  • End-flow distribution cycloidal hydraulic motor

  • Optimized column-mounted stator and rotor parameter design; features low starting pressure, high efficiency and stable low-speed operation

  • Advanced shaft seal structure with high back pressure resistance

  • Sophisticated and reliable connecting shaft design for prolonged service life

  • Precisely designed flow distribution mechanism with high flow distribution accuracy and automatic wear compensation function

  • The motor permits series and parallel connection; an external drain line is required for series connection

  • Customized roller bearing support structure provides large radial load capacity, enabling the motor to directly drive working mechanisms

  • Multiple optional configurations for flanges, output shafts and oil ports


Main Performance Parameters

  • Intermittent pressure refers to the maximum allowable inlet pressure; continuous operating pressure refers to the working pressure differential.

  • Do not operate the motor at maximum speed and maximum pressure simultaneously.

  • Under intermittent operating conditions, the duty cycle shall not exceed 10% per minute.

  • Recommended hydraulic oil: anti-wear hydraulic oil; viscosity: 37 ~ 73 cSt; oil cleanliness: ISO 18/13.

  • Maximum allowable working oil temperature: 80°C.

  • This series adopts specially imported shaft seal assemblies, with a maximum allowable back pressure up to 7 MPa. To ensure long service life and optimal overall mechanical performance, back pressure is recommended not to exceed 5 MPa. An external drain line is suggested when back pressure exceeds the recommended value.

  • The external drain line ensures the motor is always fully filled with hydraulic oil. Besides maintaining low back pressure, it also discharges internal wear debris and provides a certain cooling effect.

  • A running-in period is required before full-load operation. It is recommended to run the motor for 1 hour under 30% of the maximum working pressure.
