Poclain MS MSE hydraulische motor en reserveonderdelen

De LSHT radiale hydraulische nokkenringmotoren uit de POCLAIN MS- en MSE-serie worden op grote schaal toegepast in dek-, constructie-, mijnbouwmachines, cementuitrusting, zware metallurgie, militaire industrie, en kunnen direct worden gebruikt in hydrostatische transmissie-eenheden.

1. Het modulaire ontwerp van het product, de uitgangsmodule, de functiemodule, de stroomverdelingsmodule en de remmodule stelt klanten in staat te selecteren op basis van hun werkelijke vereisten, waardoor hun mechanische configuratie wordt verminderd om de hele lay-out flexibel en eenvoudig te maken.

2. De uitvoermodule van producten past biconisch rollager toe om sterkere radiale en axiale krachten te weerstaan.

3. De schijfstroomverdeelmodule is voorzien van een automatische slijtagecompensatiefunctie, die op lange termijn een hoge volumetrische efficiëntie van motoren behoudt.

4. De functiemodule maakt gebruik van een glijschoen met hoge belasting-, wrijvings- en hittebestendigheidsprestaties, om mechanisch wrijvingsverlies te verminderen, het ontwerp van de statorcurven te optimaliseren en zo de loopstabiliteit en slagvastheid van de motor te verbeteren.

5. De toepassing van nieuwe composietverwerkingstechnologie verbetert de vermoeidheids-, schuur- en correctieweerstand van de onderdelen, waardoor de levensduur van de motor wordt verlengd. Klanten selecteren op basis van hun werkelijke vereisten, waardoor hun mechanische configuratie wordt verminderd om de hele lay-out flexibel en eenvoudig te maken.
