  • Q What is the typical delivery time for orders?

    A Delivery times vary depending on product type and order quantity. Standard orders are typically shipped within a few days, while custom or bulk orders may require additional time. We’ll provide an estimated delivery time when you place your order.
  • Q How are your hydraulic products packaged for shipping?

    A This is determined by the product the customer purchases. In general for a small amount of accessories we will pack them in cardboard boxes, and for heavy goods or a large amount of goods we will pack them in plywood crates. Of course, customers can also put forward requirements for packaging.
  • Q How long does it take to receive a quote after submitting a request?

    A Once you submit a request for a quote, our team typically responds within 12 hours. For more complex or customized requests, it may take a bit longer as we assess specific requirements to provide an accurate and competitive quote.
