Rexroth A10VSO is a piston pump that belongs to high-performance, high reliability, and high-precision hydraulic pumps. It is widely used in multiple fields, such as industry, agriculture, transportation, etc.


Rexroth A10VSO pump adopts a swash plate axial piston structure and has a closed loop hydrostatic transmission system. The flow rate is directly proportional to the driving speed and displacement, and can be infinitely variable. As the swash plate swing angle changes, the flow rate increases from 0 to maximum. When the swash plate swings in the middle position, it can smoothly change the direction of liquid flow. This type of pump is widely used in various fields such as metallurgy, machine tools, chemical engineering, etc., and has been widely praised for its excellent cost-effectiveness.


The structure of A10VSO pump includes drive shaft, thrust plate, control piston, control valve, pressure side, oil distribution plate, oil suction side, cylinder body, plunger, plunger slide shoe, rocker, pre pressure chamber, and return piston. The advantages of A10VSO pump include high efficiency, reliability, and long service life. At the same time, it has multiple variable modes and is easy to cooperate with different control and regulation systems to achieve different control and regulation functions.


In addition, the A10VSO pump also has a built-in pressure cut-off valve, which can provide higher safety and protection in case of overload. Each high-pressure side is equipped with two relief valves to prevent overloading of the hydrostatic transmission device. The high-pressure relief valve also serves as an oil replenishment valve.
