CBT Series gear pump using a high-strength aluminum alloy extrusion shell, bearing capacity and high DU bearing floating side plate structure. With high pressure, high speed, simple structure, easy maintenance, reliable, long service life and so on.

Features:

• Fine finished steel gears,Hi-resistant Extruded alluminum body, Hi-resistant Die cast alluminum cover(BAP2) or cast-iron cover(BHP2), Low-friction die casting alluminum bushes,and DU slide bearing,all these keep low pulsation,low noise and long life.

• Full option of shafts,flanges and ports as for European,German and America standards

• Nitrile seals as standard and viton seals available for high temperature application,high pressure shaft seals are also available.

• Motor and bi-direction pump available

• Available as multiple pump either of the same or different group

• We test 100% of the pumps and motors after assambling to ensure the high standard performance.

         Mounting flanges: SAE “AA” 2 bolt, US 4F-17 4 bolt, European 4 bolt and “through bolt” front

         manifold discharge DC power pack design

         Side ports standard, rear ports available

• Group 2 pumps

         Displacements from 4 to 33 cc/rev

         Mounting flanges: SAE “A” 2 bolt and 4 bolt European standard

         O ring side ports standard, rear ports available

• Group 3 pumps

         Displacements from 18 to 90 cc/rev

         Mounting flanges: SAE “A” and SAE “B” 2 bolt and 4 bolt European standard

         O ring side ports standard, rear ports available
