Hydraulic pump is the power element of the hydraulic system, is driven by the engine or motor, from the hydraulic oil tank to inhale the oil, the formation of pressure oil discharge, sent to the executive element of a component. Hydraulic pumps are divided into gear pumps, piston pumps, vane pumps and screw pumps according to the structure.

Introduction:

A hydraulic element that provides pressurized liquid for hydraulic transmission is a kind of pump. Its function is to convert the mechanical energy of the power machine into liquid pressure energy. Affect the service life of the hydraulic pump many factors, in addition to the pump's own design, manufacturing factors and some of the components related to the use of the pump selection, operation during the test run also has a relationship. The working principle of the hydraulic pump is the movement of the pump cavity volume changes, thereby compressing the fluid so that the fluid has pressure energy. Must have the condition that the pump cavity has a sealed volume change.

Types of commonly used hydraulic pumps:

1, according to whether the flow can be adjusted can be divided into: variable pumps and quantitative pumps. Output flow can be adjusted as needed is called variable pump, the flow can not be adjusted is called quantitative pump.

2, according to the hydraulic system commonly used in the pump structure is divided into: gear pumps, vane pumps and piston pumps 3 kinds. Gear pumps: smaller, simpler structure, the cleanliness of the oil requirements are not strict, the price is cheaper; but the pump shaft by the unbalanced force, serious wear and tear, leakage is larger.

Vane pump:

divided into double-acting vane pump and single-acting vane pump. This pump flow uniformity, smooth operation, low noise, for pressure and volumetric efficiency than gear pumps, the structure is more complex than the gear pump.

Piston pumps:

high volumetric efficiency, small leakage, can work at high pressure, mostly used in high-power hydraulic systems; but the structure is complex, materials and machining precision requirements, expensive, high oil cleanliness requirements. Generally in the gear pumps and vane pumps can not meet the requirements before using a piston pump. There are some other forms of hydraulic pumps, such as screw pumps, but the application is not as common as the above three kinds.

Features:

Aluminum alloy manufacturing, high strength, corrosion resistance, light weight, suitable for operation in various environments. Double-speed characteristics reduce the number of times of pressure, in the low-pressure chamber quickly in the load with the power state, immediately converted to high-pressure, shorten each operating cycle. Equipped with a pressure regulating valve, can be adjusted to control and set the working pressure.
