De hydraulische motor van de Staffa HMB-serie is het resultaat van onze jarenlange ervaring met hydrostatische balanstechnologie. Het beschikt over een hogere intensiteit van de behuizing en een groter draagvermogen van interne dynamische componenten. Verminderde interne wrijving, hitte en alle negatieve effecten worden gerealiseerd door hydrostatische balanstechnologie.

Belangrijkste kenmerken:

• Het hydrostatische evenwicht tussen de zuiger-, drijfstang- en excentrische sets vermindert de wrijving tussen de drijfstang- en excentrische sets, en vermindert ook de laterale wrijving op de zuigers en de contactdruk op de kogel in de mof, waardoor het wrijvingsverlies tijdens belasting wordt verminderd. Met hierboven heeft de motor uit de HMB-serie een hoge mechanische efficiëntie en startkoppel (de mechanische efficiëntie tijdens het starten is maximaal 90%);

• Hydrostatische balansasverdeler voorkomt dat de as kantelt, waardoor een uitstekende afdichting, minder lekkage en continu draaien onder hoge druk wordt verkregen (max. druk reikt tot 29 MPa);

•Speciale materialen en structuur van afdichtingen verminderen de lekkage en verbeteren de volumetrische efficiëntie;

•Speciale materialen en geavanceerde behandeling van de belangrijkste aandrijfonderdelen verlengen de algehele levensduur;

•Ideale vervanging van STAFFA-motor met verwisselbare montage en prestaties.

De motor uit de HMB-serie wordt op grote schaal toegepast in allerlei hydraulische transmissiesystemen, zoals kunststof spuitgietmachines, dekmachines, bouwmachines, takels, transportvoertuigen, zware metallurgische machines, aardolie- en mijnbouwmachines, lichte industriële apparatuur, boormachines, enzovoort.
